Minimum stay requirements: Two days on weekends, three
days on holiday weekends.
Deposit: One half of fee is required at the time of
reservation. Receipt of the initial deposit confirms the reservation
and is required within two weeks. Security deposit of $100 for 2-3
days or $250 for 4 or more days is also required at reservation.
Remainder of fee is payable upon arrival. Money orders, personal,
cashier’s or traveler’s checks are accepted.
Rental agreement: A signed rental agreement is also required with
initial payment.

fee.
All paper products, bath and dish soaps are provided.
Bath and kitchen linens are not provided.
