2008 RENTAL RATES

2 or 3 days $130/night for 2
---$15/each additional person (over age 12) per night
---$5/each additional child (age 12 or under) per night

4 or more days $110/night for 2
---$10/each additional person (over age 12) per night
---$5/each child (age 12 or under) per night

There is a 2% service fee for all credit card transactions to partially cover processing costs.

Gift certificates are available.

Pets: considered, for an additional fee.

No smoking please.

Minimum stay requirements: Two days on weekends, three days on holiday weekends.

Deposit: One half of fee is required at the time of reservation. Security deposit of $100 for 2-3 days or $250 for 4 or more days is also required at reservation. Remainder of fee is payable upon arrival. VISA, Mastercard, money orders, personal, cashier’s or traveler’s checks are accepted.

Rental agreement: A signed rental agreement is also required with initial payment.

All paper products, bath and dish soaps are provided.
Bath and kitchen linens are not provided.
